Bonnie Rasmussen of Payson, Utah passed away on Sunday July 31, 2011. She was born on October 29, 1926 to Franz and Ada Mandelkow.

Bonnie married her sweetheart Gerome Ira Rasmussen on August 17, 1946. Together they had three children. Bonnie loved farming and taking care of animals. She also loved gardening and was an excellent seamstress. Bonnie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She is survived by her children Terry (Connie) Rasmussen, Santaquin, UT; Pat (Don) Oryall, Payson, UT; and Paula (Randy) Smith, Santaquin, UT. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and a sister LaVoy Thomas, Riverton, UT.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gerome, and her brother Hugh F. Mendelkow.
Graveside services will be held Friday August 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Payson City Cemetery.
