Brandon D. Norris, 23, of the 300 block of Flora Dr., Newport News, VA, died on Sunday, September 27, 2009, at his home. Brandon was dearly loved and will be missed. He is survived by his mother, Cynthia P. Jones and husband Frank of Onancock, VA; and father, David E. Norris of Newport News, VA; a sister, Megan L. Jones of Onancock, VA; maternal grandparents, George A. and Jeanne Peele of Chesapeake, VA; maternal grandfather, Carl Parker of Chesapeake, VA; maternal great grandmother, Velna T. Van Dyck of Chesapeake, VA; paternal grandfather, Edward Norris of Edenton, NC; three aunts, Debbi Terrell and husband Russell of Portsmouth, VA, Valerie Parker of Chesapeake, VA and Gayle May and husband John of Portsmouth, VA; and two nieces and many cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. Huntington Park on the waterfront side by the James River Bridge in Newport News, VA.
