Brenda Kay (Kendall) Burton, age 66, of Bloomington, Ind., formerly of French Lick, passed away at 12:50 AM, Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington, Ind.

Brenda was born on February 2, 1943 to the late Floyd Kendall and the late Esther (Dewhurst) Kendall.

She was a Springs Valley High School Graduate and was retired from Whaley Construction Company. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #18 in Bloomington and was an avid member of the Euchre Card Club in French Lick.

She is survived by her

One Daughter,
-Kim Decatur of Indianapolis, Ind.

One Son,
-Charles Burton of West Baden Springs, Ind.

Two Brothers,
-Jimmy Kendall of French Lick, Ind.
-Terry Kendall of West Baden Springs, Ind.

Ten grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Arrangements are being handled by T.L. Pinnick Mortuary, 785 South Bears Bend Road, French Lick, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 12, 2009 and from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, March 13, 2009. Funeral service will be at T.L. Pinnick Mortuary at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 13, 2009, with Rev. Terry L. Pinnick officiating. Interment will be at Moores Ridge Cemetery in French Lick, Ind.
