Don & Shane, I just saw this today. I had no idea. I am utterly speechless. Shane, I can honestly say I do know what you are going through as I lost my mom 15 years ago. There is nothing anyone can say or do to make it feel any better. The only thing you can do is hang in there, keep getting up every morning, and know that your mom is with you every day, watching out for you.

The only thing you can do is hang in there, keep getting up every morning, and know that your mom is with you every day, watching out for you. When things get really hard, turn to your dad and talk to him, cry with him. There is healing in tears, and in love and comfort from family and friends. I love you all and wish you peace. My Sweet Brenda Sue, You are truly missed but never forgotten. You shall be in my heart forever. I know that you are in heaven now with our Lord and the rest of the Family and having a ball. I just read this an hour ago.....I am so heartbroken and confused; I will never understand when the best of humanity suffers horribly, and then is taken way too early. Brenda was the best, a great source of love and support, a loyal and caring mother-wife-daughter-sister, and in my case, friend. Above all Brenda was a blast to be around, she truly found humor every situation. My love and condolences for her little boy(Shane) and Donald. RIP my dear friend, I love you.

Don & Shane, Our hearts are saddened to hear of Brenda's passing. We are so sorry for your pain and sorrow during this time. I know it's been a long road for all of you and I do know that Brenda is now without pain and horrible suffering, and also that she is with her Lord, mom & dad. She is now an angel in Heaven.
