Irwin, Brenda Sue—of Knoxville, and passed away February 12, 2012 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Brenda loved her grandchildren so much. She worked 25 years for U.T. Hospital. Brenda really enjoyed going to Cherokee, NC to play the slot machines. She was preceded in death by her sons, Joseph, Robert, and Barney Irwin. She is survived by her husband, Barney J. Irwin of Knoxville; grandchildren, Brandon and Tyler Irwin, Emilie Irwin, Zachary Irwin, and Kyleigh Davis, all of Knoxville; parents Paul and Mildred Weaver of Knoxville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Tom Esmond of Knoxville, Vickie and Richard Wright, Georiga; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Michelle Weaver, Halls. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Memorial Park for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service and interment. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at N. Broadway.
