Candy Charlene Jochens, 51, of the 1000 block of Georgetown Rd., Norfolk, VA, passed away February 4, 2011, in her home. She was born Jan. 10, 1960 in Portsmouth, VA. Candy is survived by her mother, Mary B. Jochens; her brother, John Jochens; and two special nephews; and a special niece. She was preceded in death by her father, James C. Jochens; her son, Brian Prusinski; and her brothers, Guy Jochens and Tony Nuzzo. A Celebration of Candy's life will be held at the residence, 1017 Georgetown Rd., Norfolk, VA Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. The family will receive friends at the residence at other times.
