Carl "Johnny" Ramsey of Spiro was born May 26, 1922 in Berden, Oklahoma passed away November 5, 2009 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 87. He is survived by; 5 Daughters: Donna Rodgers & husband Ricky of Concord, CA Julia McGuire & husband Tracy of Spiro, OK Renee Ramsey of Spiro, OK Janette Goss & husband David of Tulane, CA Judy Ramsey of Spiro, OK 2 Sons: Carl John Ramsey of Spiro, OK Johnny Eugene Ramsey of Pennsylvania 1 Sister: Opal Oliver of Midwest City, OK 2 Brothers: Ralph Ramsey of Quinton, OK Harold Ramsey of Eufaula, OK Several Grandchildren Several Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Jerry Ramsey. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoyed going to yard sales.
