Carmela Celauro, 98, of Stuart, Florida, died May 29, 2011 at the Salerno Bay Manor, Stuart, Florida.

Born in Bronx, New York, she lived in Stuart for 10 years, coming from Boynton Beach, Florida. She was a resident of Florida for 37 years coming from Syosset, New York.

Before retiring she was the owner of the Squire Inn Restaurant in Huntington Station New York. Prior to that, she also owned the Cozy Café in Jamaica New York.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Bosch of Stuart; sons, Michael Celauro of Deerfield Beach, Florida, Joseph Celauro of Ronkonkoma, New York, Jerry Celauro; of Port Jefferson Station, New York and John Celauro of Patchogue, New York; ten grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Cosimo Celauro in 1997 and five siblings.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 AM on June 2, 2011 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes – Young and Prill Chapel, Stuart with a service at 11:30 AM. Entombment will follow in Boynton Beach Mausoleum, Boynton Beach, Florida.
