1. I have several memories of Dolly. She had so much energy and knowledge of Italian cooking and the trade. In the 30 years I knew her and her husband Tony I will always remember how they made sales calls and our paths would cross. The industry has lost an icon who will be truly missed. I also remember Dolly's love for her family, wonderful meals at her beautiful home and how hard she worked at a food show. My heart goes out to her Children and the rest of her extended family.
