Carol Bee Grandon, 62, passed away on January 26, 2012.

She was a native of North Little Rock, AR. In 1981, Carol moved to Norfolk, VA with her sister, Cheryl. Since then, she has worked in the financial services and insurance industry with Lincoln Financial Group.

She was predeceased by her two loving parents, Raymond N. & Marjorie Grandon. She is survived by her daughter, Caroline "Carrie" Elizabeth Grandon of Norfolk, VA; brothers, Raymond Arthur Grandon of Chesapeake, VA and Daniel George Grandon of Searcy, AR; and stepmother, Melva Glyn Grandon of Benton, AR.

The family will be celebrating Carol's zest for life and her birthday at a Remembrance Gathering on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel at 8464 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk, VA 23518 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Family and friends will be invited to share their personal thoughts about the zest of Carol's life at the gathering, if they wish to do so.

A formal service and interment will take place in Alexander, AR on a later date.
