Carol Burdiss

Carol Burdiss, 68 of Beckley passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Born February 6, 1943, she was the daughter of the late James and Ella Bair Weidensall.
Carol worked at the Beckley Manufacturing Plant and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her husband George Burdiss; brother James "Jimmy" Weidendall and sister Joyce Mickis.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Teresa Crouse and husband Frank of Fayetteville; son David Osborne and wife Kristi of LA; sister's Deloris Haight of CA, Brenda Weidensall of Huntington, Marsha Scarafino of Christiansburg, VA; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and sister-in-law's Dolly and Gerry.
Per Carol's wishes there will be no services at this time.
The family requests that donations may be made to the "Angels" of Bowers Hospice House or the Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
