Carol Lea Olsen, 62, of Benton entered Heaven's gates on September 29th, 2011 after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 3rd, 1948 in Oplaca, Florida to the late Thomas and Georgia Witherell. She spent her life making a home for her family. She treasured her time as a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend-she will be dearly missed. Carol touched countless lives thru her unending hours of volunteer work at Crisis Suicide Intervention Center and many other places. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Amber L. Olsen; her sister Tana Alexander; her grandchildren Lauren, Breanna, Blaine, Dalton, Chase, and Brandi; her great grandchildren Chandler, Kyleigh, Aubrey and Hunter and a host of extended family and friends all who will miss her dearly. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 10th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas 72002.
