Caroll M. Jarrett

Caroll Margaret Jarrett 82 of Oak Hill went home with the Lord Saturday, October 1, 2011. Born March 23, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Clark Parrish and Bertha Martin-Parrish. Her spouse is the late Thearon Roosevelt Jarrett Jr.
Caroll was a retired Sales Clerk form G.C. Murphy Company. She was a member of the Lady's Dorcas Circle and a 56 year member of the Oak Hill Apostolic Church. She enjoyed cooking & crocheting. She was of the Holiness faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband Thearon Roosevelt Jarrett Jr. Her father Clark Parrish & mother Bertha Martin-Parrish. Her two sisters Gatha Parrish & Dean Hefner.
Those left to cherish her memory include daughter Brenda Casto and husband Mark of Scarbro, WV. Son John Jarrett of Oak Hill. Daughter Cheila Bryant and husband Samuel of Oak Hill. Three brothers; Clark Alden Parrish and wife Iona of Ohio. Richard Parrish of Princeton, WV and Gerald Parrish & wife Shirley of Georgia. Three grandchildren; Danny McClary of Oak Hill, Robert McClary & wife Christy of Alabama. The youngest grandchild Ashley Bryant of Oak Hill. Four great-grandchildren; Auston & Amber McClary of Oak Hill. John Mark McClary & Amanda McClary of Alabama and a host of other friends & family.
Reverends Carlos & Erik Lewis will be officiating the services. Friends and family will gather at the Oak Hill Apostolic Church Monday, October 3, 2011 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. The funeral will also be held at the Oak Hill Apostolic Church on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 1:00 PM. After leaving the church the funeral procession will proceed to Highlawn Cemetery.
