Carolyn L. Greene, 69, passed away on January 14, 2011, surrounded by her family. She was an avid horse rider and competed in English riding. She was a dog trainer and founded a local kindergarten puppy training school. She was a beloved mother and wife. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Fred Greene; two daughters, Pamela Greene and fiance Darrell and Ellen Browning; and a brother, Douglas Christian. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel with Pastor John Keane officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial will be private. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
