Carroll passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2012.
Carroll was a resident of Franklin, Virginia at the time of his passing.
A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with Rev. Jonathan Dundalow officiating. Interment will follow at Southampton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
