Cecilio Garcia, 67, passed on Thursday, December 15, 2011. He was born November 22, 1944 in Madero Tamaulipas, Mexico to Miguel and Guadalupe Bustamante Garcia. Cecilio is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years of marriage Francisca Gonzalez Garcia; his children, Michael Garcia, Frances Santos, Gilbert Garcia and Jose Fernando Gonzalez; his siblings, Gilberto, Jorge, Francisco, Genoveva, Lucia, Graciela, Mercedes and Alejandra; grandchildren, Vanessa, Marissa, Michael, Celeste, Samuel and Joaquin.
