Peoria – Chad Michael Tilly, 42, of Peoria, died at 5:11 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born March 4, 1970 in Peoria, to Michael Raymond and Marilee Ann Neptun Tilly. He is survived by his children, Luke Michael Tilly and Madeline Marie Tilly, both of Edwards; his mother, Marilee Tilly of Peoria; his brother, Brett (Laura) Tilly of Peoria, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father in 2008. He received a bachelor degree in resource management from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, was a journeyman electrician, last working for Oberlander Electric. He was also a member of IBEW local # 34. He was a member of First English Lutheran Church in Peoria, where memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 31, 2012. The Rev. Dr. James Lillie will officiate. Visitation will be 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a private burial of ashes at a later date. Memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church in Peoria. The Wilton Mortuary in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
