Mr. Charles Burnice Lee, 55, died suddenly Friday morning (April 26, 2013) at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Ware County and employed with Hatcher Point Mall in the maintenance department. Charles was a son to the late Burnice Joseph Lee and Lillie Vae Jordan Lee. He was also preceded in death by a half-brother, Atwell Deen. He is survived by his wife, Gail Lee of Waycross; three sons, Michael Lee, Brian Lee, and Kevin Lee; four step-children, Misty Mercer (husband Carl) of Waycross, Elizabeth Cox of Waycross, Angela Coleman (husband Bobby) of Waycross, and Ronald Sweat (wife Lenai) of Waycross; 9 step-grandchildren; a sister, Donna Parker of Waycross; a niece, Christina Bachhofer (husband David) of Waresboro; a nephew, Wayne Parker, Jr. currently in Afghanistan. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday (April 28, 2013) at Faith Outreach Ministries. Memorialization will be by cremation.
