Charles E. Hanner, 80, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away December 26, 2011. A native of Greensboro, NC, he retired from the US Navy as a Chief. A graveside service will be held Friday, December 30, 2011, at 1 PM at Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Bayside Chapel is handling the arrangements.
