Dr. Charles E. Curtis DO, 72, of Stuart, FL, died July 31, 2011, at the Martin Memorial Med. Ctr., Stuart. Born in Chattanooga, TN. Prior to retirement he was a medical doctor, in general practice in Lake Park, FL for 35 yrs. Survivors include his wife, Ann A. Curtis of Stuart, a daughter, Dr. Lynora Curtis of Lake Worth; sons, Rob Curtis of Stuart; Bryan Curtis of Orlando, FL and Steve Curtis; one grandchild; brothers, James Curtis of Peachtree City, GA and Albert De Pompeis of Las Vegas, NV.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, August 5, 2011 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Young and Prill Chapel, 6801 S. Federal Hwy, Stuart. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Sat. Aug. 6, 2011 at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2892 S. Congress Ave., Palm Springs, FL. Entombment will follow in Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
