Charles A. Fischer, 101, of Port St. Lucie, passed away, Sunday, July 31, 2011 at his residence.

Mr. Fischer was born in Nanticoke, PA. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past thirty nine years coming from Chadds Ford, PA.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mildred Fischer.

Survivors include his son, Gary P. Fischer of Somerset, PA; one daughter, Linda Champion of Port St. Lucie, FL; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Southside Christian Church in Ft. Pierce, FL.
