Mr Charles H. Davenport

Davenport, Charles H., of Alabaster, AL passed away on January 31, 2010, at the age of 80.
He was loved by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Lorene Davenport; wife Barbara Davenport; son, Kenny Davenport.
Surviving relatives are his son, Michael ‘Spot’ Davenport; daughters, Susan Overton (Corky), Cindy Pickett (Ricky), Lisa Griffith (James), Robyn Dennis (Mike), and Kelli Dawson (Sandy); best friend, Kay Dawkins; brothers, Julius ‘Bug’ Davenport (Minnie), Lloyd Davenport (Anita); sisters, Joyce ‘Sis’ Braswell, Betty Carroll (Larry); fourteen grandsons, four granddaughters, fourteen great-grandchildren; Numerous Nieces , Nephews, and Friends.
Visitation will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Alabaster, Tuesday, from 6 to 8PM for friends. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, He will lie In-State one hour prior to the service at 11AM, at First Presbyterian Church of Alabaster, with burial following in the Still Memorial section at Elliottsville.
