Charles V. Madding, 85, of Ward, Arkansas, died Thursday, April 12, 2012. He was a veteran of WWII, a farmer and was retired from civil service, having worked in the commissary at the Little Rock Air Force Base.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; one son, Donald Madding of Ward; two daughters, Barbara Sullivan of Cabot and Carol McKinney of Ward; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Madding.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Westbrook Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Apple Hill Cemetery.
