HALIFAX-Charles S. Harner, age 73, of 149 Dusty Trail Drive passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Klingerstown, PA, the son of Emma Sherri Oxenrider who survives him of Tremont. Charles was a retired truck driver for Expedex and owner of Harner's Tree Service in Halifax. He was a member of the Millersburg Assembly of God Church. Surviving in addition to his motherare his wife Patricia Clemson Harner, two daughters Crystal Comp of Lemoyne and Cheryl Kirk of New Cumberland, a step brother James D. Oxenrider, Jr. of Pitman, two granddaughters Treasure Gallagher of Elliotttsburg and Teanna Cooper of Lemoyne, a great granddaughter Teagan Gallagher of Elliottsburg , three step sons James Clemson III , David Clemson and Jonathan Clemson all of Halifax, two step daughters Michele Pugh of Halifax and Jeanette Crabb of Lykens, four step granddaughters Jami Clemson, Desi Wiest, Sky Rank, Krystal Crabb, four step grandsons Dustin Wiest, William Tabb, Brandon Clemson, Dakota Clemson, two step great grandchildren Zayden Renard and Cheyenne Wiest. Viewing will be on Saturday, August 20 from 10-11 am at the Millersburg Assembly of God Church 2261 Shippen Dam Road in Millersburg. Services will begin at 11:00 am with Rev.
