Charles Wilbur Patton
January 11, 1921 – December 27, 2011
Charles Patton passed away in his sleep at age 90.
He flew B-24s in the South Pacific and was in Japan when WW-II ended. In 1946 he went to work for Delta Pumps and attended the College of the Pacific graduating in 1950. After graduation he remained with Delta Pumps until 2004.
He is survived by his children Kathy Patton (O'Dougherty) and Ron Patton, three grandchildren and two great-grandsons. He was a Mason and loved golf, camping, hunting fishing and traveling by car throughout the western states.
A private memorial was held the evening of December 27th.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. (Stockton Record, December 30, 2011)
