Cheryl Ann Marshall was born September 9, 1957 to the late Clifford Marshall and JoAnn Bennett Marshall in the Bronx, New York. Cheryl was the only child born of this union. Cheryl was a bright and intellectual person, who loved to travel, read, and experience life. She attended Lehman High School in the Bronx and later attended Pace University, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Cheryl would not stop there. She went on to receive her Master's degree in School Psychology from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. After receiving her Master's degree, Cheryl worked as a School Psychologist in Hillside Public Schools in New Jersey. Cheryl later worked for Linden Public Schools and was finally employed by Elizabeth Public Schools. Cheryl's co-workers described her as well loved and very giving. Cheryl's life exemplified giving and providing others with broader opportunities. Cheryl was married to Winston Campbell and from this union a son was born, Adonijah Campbell. No matter what Cheryl's life was clearly her son, Adonijah Campbell, with whom she shared her love of life, education, and travel. Cheryl traveled to Africa, Japan, Costa Rica, and the Grand Canyon with Nijah. Cheryl was always very proud of her son. On December 13, 2010 Cheryl was called to eternal rest. She is survived by her devoted mother, JoAnn Marshall; her adoring son, Adonijah Campbell; two half-sisters, Machelle Johnson and Carla Marshall; and half-brother, Clifford Marshall; aunts, uncles, and a host of other relatives and dear friends. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Cheryl Ann Marshall. You are invited to add a Tribute in her memory.
