Chloe Carlene Jane Mohun age13, died suddenly Thursday, June 23, 2011 from a brain hemorrhage in Lancaster, California. Born July 24, 1997 in Glendale, California, she attended Rancho Vista Elementary, Hillview Middle School, and was accepted into the Freshman Honors Program at Highland High School this fall. She was fearless in life wanting to do everything and be everything. She loved spending time with her family. Highly intelligent, Chloe managed to keep her family members and teachers “on their toes”. She is survived by her parents, Russell and Jeannette Mohun, sisters Victoria Dunn, Sarah and Gabrielle Mohun, her brother Nathaniel Mohun, her grandmother Donna Heath, her grandfather Robert T. Mohun, and brother-in-law Robert Dunn. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A viewing will be held from 6-8pm June 30, 2011, at Halley-Olsen Mortuary in Lancaster. There will also be a viewing from 12-12:45pm, July 2, 2011 with a funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Lancaster Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3140 West Avenue K, Lancaster, California. In lieu of flowers, the parents invite you to make donations to an account at AV Federal Credit Union in Chloe's name to be distributed to Ballroom Dance Scholarship funds.
