I remember him as one of the few members that were genuinely interested in people and always had nice things to say to me. I also remember some of the jokes he used to tell. He had an wry sense of humor that I got and I enjoyed being around him. Salute to you Mr. Ford, a genuine guy that will be sorely missed.

My condolences to all of the Ford family. I remember Sherman both as the father of my good friend Danny (Daniel), but as the family druggist /pharmacist at Rexall Drugs. He was a generous and warm-hearted soul. He lived large and loomed large in our lives.

Daniel, Gordon, and all the family, I would have been there I were not in South Dakota at another funeral. Life goes on for all of us. The memory of the dear departed is a consolation and inspiration for the living.

So sorry to hear about Sherm passing. Gordon, dad sure did appreciate you coming in to tell him what had happened when he went into the hospital. Only knew him for a short while, but what an impact he had. Caretell is not the same without him. He brought nothing but sunshine, and what a friend he became for Dad. We will always remember him with nothing but fond fond memories. So sorry for your loss.

Amy & boys, it was with great saddness that we heard of Sherms passing. He was a special friend to have. It was always a pleasure to stop in the drug store and talk with him and listen to his jokes. Then after retirement, to see and talk with him at the Elks or on the golf course was always a treat. Our prays are with you all during this time.

Amy, Dan and Gordon, Sherm was a very special man. He always took time to ask how I was doing when I would see him at the SJ Elk's Lodge. He always had great golf stories, was always up on current events and had a geniune interest in all his friends activities, I'll miss his wit and wisdom. May God help you through this difficult time.

We remember Sherm with great fondness. He was always one of our best supporters!! He was always handing out matches from our restaurant (Grande Mere Inn) to everyone he knew and singing our praises. Sherm was a very special person and we along with so many others will miss him!
