Clifford LeRoy Williams, 78, died on July 4, 2012. A Graveside Service, with military honors, has been arranged for 2:00 pm, Friday, July 13, 2012 at the Mount Hope Cemetery, Lander. Clifford Williams was born on November 17, 1934, in Riverton, Wyoming, to Milo LeRoy Williams and Grace Lily Deimer Williams. He grew up in the Arapahoe area. Started school in the Arapahoe School but later graduated from the Lander Valley High School. After graduation he was a sheep herder then entered into the U.S. Marine Corps. during the Korean Conflict. He was stationed in Japan and Hawaii. He later married Joyce A. Goich in 1960. After they were married they had Rick and then Angela. He and Joyce were later divorced. He was a member of different organizations: VFW, American Legion, Wounded Warrior Project, and Paralyzed Veterans of America. Cliff was survived by Angela (partner, Taffi Fernsemer) Williams of Riverton; step daughters, Dixie Pacheco of Rawlins, Charon Meyers of Lander; grandsons, Rick L. Williams and Clifford J. Williams both of Lander; sister, Nina (Wainwright) Gustin of Lander; brother, Glen (Verna) Williams of Casper; nephews, Clifford W. Gustin of Lander, Gerald G. Gustin of Lander, Glen Williams Jr. of Casper; niece, Vicki Williams of Casper; 9 grand-children; and 14 great-grand-children. He was preceded in death by son, Ricky (Catherine Ann) LeRoy Williams both died in a accident; parents Milo & Grace Williams; grandparents, Henry & Lily Deimer; uncle Marshall Deimer; and aunt, Nina Parker.
