Clifton Augustus Ruffin, Sr., 58, of Stafford, VA, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011. Clifton was a U.S. Air Force veteran and worked for the U.S. Coast Guard as an Internet Technician Analyst. He is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Rhonda H. Ruffin; mother, Mary Ruffin of Chesapeake, VA; four children, Nichol Burchett of Arkansas, Latrice Brown of Tennessee, Chevelle Parker of Chesapeake, VA and Clifton A. Ruffin Jr. of Woodbridge, VA; a stepdaughter, Lameka Holloman of Stafford, VA; four sisters, Peggy, Madora, and Lynn of Chesapeake, VA and Vanessa of Chantilly, VA; four brothers, John of Georgia, Charles of Chesapeake, VA, Joseph of Norfolk, VA and Michael of Virginia Beach, VA; and six grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew, Jada, Missy, Kevin, and Tori. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel. Burial will follow at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
