Today, October 27, 2011 our loving husband, son, father, brother, and friend returned to his loving Heavenly Father. Clyde was born to S. Reed Bennett and Laura Williams on November 19, 1942 in Mapleton, Utah.

Clyde served in the U.S. Navy. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved to be out in nature, especially the left fork of Hobble Creek. He loved to hunt, fish and drive truck. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and became friends with everyone he met. He was a loving and gentle man. He will be greatly missed by all.

Clyde is survived by his wife Stacy, his step daughters Lizzy and Angie Sorensen, his children Robyn Bennett, Ronda (Tony) Woolsey, Randy Bennett, Rynell Warner, Rachelle Cricket Jones and Ryan (Bridget) Bennett. He is also survived by his parents S. Reed and Sylvia, 23 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren, his sister Gae McHargue and his brother Myron Bennett.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Thomas Holice Williams & Katie Cox, John & Hilda Johanne Olsen Bennett, his mother Laura Williams Bennett and his brother-in-law Paul McHargue.

Funeral services will be held Monday October 31, 2011 at Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Utah at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held Sunday October 30, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. also at Walker Mortuary, with a viewing 9:45-10:45 a.m. on Monday prior to services.
