Cody Bryan Sherrell Aug. 28, 1997 – Jan. 9, 2012 Cody passed away peacefully with his parents at his side on January 9, 2012, at Legacy Emanuel Children's Hospital after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many people who cared for Cody during his trauma. Their gentle, comforting care provided a peaceful atmosphere to say goodbye. Cody was the oldest child of Renee' and Brandon Sherrell and big brother to his sister, Rachel. A memorial service for Cody will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012, 1:00pm at Ridgefield Nazarene Church, 747 Pioneer Street, Ridgefield, WA. Memorial donations may be made in Cody's name at any Columbia Credit Union in Clark County. Cody's basketball team and school have lovingly nicknamed the basketball court, "Cody's Court".
