Connie Yvonne Williams February 7, 1927 - December 29, 2011 Connie Yvonne Williams, beloved wife, mother and friend, of Valley Mills, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011 surrounded by friends and family. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Kent Berry officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 2, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Connie was born February 7, 1927 in Waco, Texas to Ruben and Pauline Ferguson. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Valley Mills. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Williams; parents, Ruben and Pauline Ferguson and a sister, Joe Overton. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Lynn Sartor and husband John, Waco, TX and Melinda Jane Sutherland and Greg Scallion of Valley Mills, TX; three sons, Gregory Keith Williams and wife Angela of West Haven, CT, Bradley Kirk Williams of Austin, TX and Scott Edward Williams and wife, Hope, of Tom Ball, TX; one sister, June Prather, of Waco, TX; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
