CURTIS OLIVER WELLS

Mr. Curtis Oliver Wells, 90, died July 23, 2009 at Consulate Health Care of Vero Beach.

He was born in Fort Payne, AL and lived in Wabasso for 51 years coming from Dalton, GA.

He worked for Deerfield Grove as a House Mechanic for 30 years prior to his retirement in 1990.

He served in the US Army during WW II.

Survivors include his sons, Gary Wells of Middleburg, FL, Larry Wells of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Carolyn Halstead of Fort Myers, FL; 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL in memory of Curtis Oliver Wells.

SERVICES: Visitation will be 1-2 PM on July 26, 2009 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach. Graveside Service will be 2:30 PM on July 26, 2009 at Winter Beach Cemetery.
