Dale Jay Carlston
“Little Dale”
Dale Jay Carlston, 46, passed away on June 8, 2010 in Salt Lake City. He was born February 3, 1964 to Carl and Saundra Carlston. He married Kathy Velasquez on July 3, 1994. Together they had two beautiful daughter’s, Michaela and Carlie.
He attended Granite High School. He excelled on the swim team and caused much mischief with his teammates. He worked for CV Carlston Heating and Air for over 15 years. He loved bow hunting, boating and waterskiing with his brothers. But his true joy was spending time with his family, especially his two little girls.
He is survived by his parents Carl and Saundra, wife Kathy, daughter’s Michaela and Carlie; brothers Ray (Bobbi), Vaughn (Jean), Gary (Lynette), Eric (Jen) and Lee (Sue). As well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday June 12, 2010 at the Brookshire Ward, 3487 S. 1300 E. A viewing will be held on Friday June 11, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. at the Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S. Highland Dr. As well as 1 hour prior to services at the Church.
The family would like to thank the staff at Intermountain Medical Center for their hard work, loving care and support they gave to Dale and our family.
