Darryl Ian Shepherd II July 24, 1984 - December 4, 2011 Darryl Ian Shepherd II of Grand Prairie passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011, with a battle of congestive heart failure. Services will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday, December 10, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 8, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Darryl was born July 24, 1984, in Tuskegee Alabama, to Darryl and Sonya Shepherd. He went to school in Irving, Texas, and sold cars prior to his illness. He and Michelle McMichael of Waco were married on July 11, 2004, and they have one son. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Shepherd of Grand Prairie; son, Andre Ray'John; mother, Sonya Patterson and husband, Terrance, and their daughter, Tiffany; his father, Darryl Shepherd and wife, Maria, and their children, Gabriella and Sydnye; his grandparents, John and Consuella Lilly; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
