Lt. Colonel Fink passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012.
Lt. Colonel Fink was a resident of Middletown, Rhode Island at the time of his passing.
In 1942 he enlisted as a Private in Army Air Corps.
He is survived by his wife Marion.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 at the R.I. Veterans Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI at 10am.
