David Thomas Wehrle , 39, died Thursday, May 8, 2014 at his home in Fort Wayne. He was a native and lifetime resident of Ft. Wayne, IN, and attended Northrop HS. He was employed as Foreman with Treadway Pool and formerly worked at Grabill Cabinets and Coldwater Crossing Cinemas. David's hobbies included fishing, woodworking, RC model cars, riding his motorcycle and tinkering with go carts. He also enjoyed going to Cedar Point at least twice a year. Surviving are his daughters, Brittney Marie Baxter of Highland, TX; Cassandra and Victoria Wehrle of Ft. Wayne; father, David Lee Wehrle, mother, Lois Wehrle, sister, Angela T. Wehrle grandfather, Thomas H Biesiada, nephew, Nathan B. Crosthwaite all of Ft. Wayne, IN. David was preceded in death by grandmother, Lillian Joy Marie Biesiada, grandparents, Thomas F. and Helen Y Wehrle. Service is 3:00 pm, Sunday May 18, 2014 at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with calling 2 hours prior. Calling also Friday, May 16, 2014 2:00 - 5:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the education fund for the daughters of David T. Wehrle in care of David L. Wehrle.
