Dean L. Johnson, 68, former mayor of Annapolis who served in that capacity from 1997-2001, died November 30, 2011 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Sally Johnson; his sons, Kevin, Eric and Stuart Johnson; his mother, Marianne Muse; two brothers and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 5 at 2:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, 171 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, MD 21401. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to We Care and Friends, 92 W. Washington St., Annapolis, MD 21401, or First Presbyterian Church.
