Deborah Ann Holt-Jackson was born March 28, 1956 to Paul Holt Jr. and Ezzie Lena Holt. She was born in Carthage, TX and grew up in Dallas, TX. Deborah graduated from David W. Carter High School. She united with “The Exciting” Singing Hills Baptist Church.
Deborah was employed with Comdata Network for over 20 years before becoming ill. She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Holt Jr.; uncles, Henry Holt and L.C. Holt; aunt, Lovie Doris Baird. She will be remembered for her love for her family, children, grandchildren and friends.
She went home to be with the Lord on June 3, 2011.
Deborah leaves behind to cherish her memories: husband, Roderick Jackson; children, Derick Holt, Rona Holt (Chris); mother, Ezzie Lena Holt; Five grandchildren; Derick Holt Jr., Yasmin Gipson, Donovan Holt, Elexa Gipson, Caidyn Holt; Four sisters, Yolanda Brewer (Victor), Stephanie Shaw, Rona Holt, Annette Thomas; one brother, Aaron Holt; Three Aunts, Sarah Elizabeth Brown(Maywood, IL), Billie Holt, Oweda Holt both of Dallas, TX ; stepchildren, Katrina McClellan (Ricky, Jasmine, Jordan), DeAaron Jackson (Azariyah) and Ashley Jackson (Lauren) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
