Deborah Judd Kinney, 60, of E. Ocean View Ave., Norfolk, VA, passed away May 4, 2011, in DePaul Hospital. A native of Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late Cora and Charles E. Judd, Sr. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Hoffheimer's Shoes. She is survived by her daughter, Stacy S. Ferrell and husband Steve of Rustburg, VA; her son, Timothy J. Adams of Lynchburg, VA; two sisters, Brenda J. Velazquez and her friend Carl Newbern of Chesapeake, VA and Linda L. Lanier of South Carolina; and four grandchildren, Shane Adams, Katie Adams and Cory Adams of Lynchburg, VA and Trevor Smith of Rustburg, VA. A private graveside service will be held. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel is handling the arrangements. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to DePaul Hospital.
