Barney, Debra J., (nee Dirkin), of Wenonah, 52 years, on May 19, 2012.

Legacy

Deb embodied the essence of life. A compassionate, intelligent, and endearing person, she enlightened the lives who touched her. Enriched with generosity and a caring heart, Deb was always present for those in need of a helping hand, a pleasant conversation, or a warm smile. A devoted mother, she encouraged her children in their every endeavor routinely traveling nationally supporting them in competition cheerleading and motor-cross events. Deb also enjoyed the comforts of home, excelling as a chef and interior designer her home was always a warm place for friends and family to gather. Deb's kindness, laughter, and zest for life will be truly missed by all.

Family

Beloved daughter of the late Ruth & Harlan Dirkin; Devoted mother of Leah and Michael Jr.; Loving sister to Donald Dirkin (Janine); Adoring aunt to Donald and Darren; Longtime friend to Cindy McKinney and her daughters Cynthia, Melissa and Catherine; Former wife to Michael Sr.; Dear pet companion to Gemma.

Farewell Service

Visitation Thursday 5:00-6:00pm at the Memorial Presbyterian Church of Wenonah, 202 E. Mantua Ave., Wenonah, NJ 08090; Funeral Ceremony 6:00pm In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
