Ms. Debra R. (Anderson) Clites, 57, of 15673 South Young Road, Lot 7, Greencastle, died Tuesday afternoon, October 18, 2011, in the Chambersburg Hospital, surrounded by her family, following a year long battle with cancer. Born January 8, 1954 in McConnellsburg, PA, she was the daughter of William R. Anderson, Sr. and Betty R. (Mumma) Anderson, both of State Line. She lived most of her life in the Greencastle area. Ms. Clites graduated from Forbes Road High School with the class of 1971. She worked for TravelCenters of America at Buckhorn Restaurant and later Country Pride Restaurant, Greencastle, on and off for over 20 years. Ms. Clites enjoyed decorating her house, arranging flowers, attending yard sales, going to the Christmas Tree Store, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children, Tami R. Kriner and her husband Jim, of Greencastle, Lawrence D. Clites of Greencastle, and Megan R. Wilcox of Greencastle; two grandchildren, Cody A. Kriner and Casie R. Kriner, both of Greencastle; one brother, William R. Anderson, Jr. of Greencastle; one sister, Doris A. Loftis of Greensboro, NC; four nieces; and one nephew. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 22, 2011, in Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home, 521 S. Washington Street, Greencastle, with Rev. David Rawley officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday evening, and one hour prior to the service, Saturday morning, in the funeral home.
