Delbert Milton Wells, 58, of Owensboro, Kentucky, died Thursday July 1, 2010. He was born January 17, 1952 in Daviess County. He was a self employed Home Builder and a member of Owensboro Christian Church. He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Monroe Wells, sister, Patricia Wells and brother, Roy Dean Wells. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Jeanan Wells, two sons; Kevin James & Heather Wells and Brian Scott Wells & Shelley Pence both of Owensboro, a daughter, Ammie Cheryl & Nick Hurter of Owensboro, his mother, Alice Wells, nine grandchildren; Aaron, Jared, Abbie, Cole, Jolene, Garrison, Reagan, Amelia, and Lily, two brothers; Jerry Darrell and wife Jo Wells of Evansville, John Monroe and wife Brenda Wells of Owensboro, a sister, Bonnie Lou Moore of Owenboro, and several Nieces and Nephews. Services are at 11:00 a.m. Monday at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday and after 9:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy take the form of donation to Hospice of Western KY, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301
