Dennis Wayne Miller, 57, Liberty, MO passed away March 22, 2011. Dennis was born July 7, 1953 in Independence, Missouri. He was a 1971 graduate of Liberty High School. From 1982-1994 Dennis worked for the Kansas City School Board. Dennis worked as a mechanic on cars and small engines. From 2005 until his retirement in 2010, he worked at Meyer Small Engine. Dennis could fix anything, especially lawnmowers and enjoyed restoring and showing motorcycles for which he received numerous awards. He also was a skilled pool player and enjoyed fishing. Dennis also judged motorcycle shows. Preceding him in death was his brother, Douglas L. Miller. Survivors include his mother, Katherine M. Miller, Liberty, MO; father, Edward W. (Susan) Miller, Kearney, MO; sister, Kelly Ann (Bobby) Schultz, Merrill, Iowa; nephew, Michael F. (Tanya) Branham, Milford, Iowa and their children Draven and Ashlynn.
