Diana Irene Wood, 64, of Hot Springs died Tuesday August 30, 2011 in a local hospital.
She was born in Rome, New York to Phillip & Irene Valentine Merritt and she served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include her loving husband, Harry Wood of Hot Springs; daughter & son-in-law, Heather & Shaun Wright of Cabot, Ar.; son & daughter-in-law, Justin & Veleeta Wood of Little Rock; sister & brother-in-law, Cathy & Randy Markx of Clinton, AR; brother Phillip Merritt of Georgia and 7 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday September 6, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Grand Avenue United Methodist Church with Pastor George Rook officiating.
