DICKIE TODD

Dickie Todd, 67, beloved husband, dad, pa pa , and friend went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 6, 2011.
Born February 22, 1944 at Cranberry; he was a son of the late Dillard Todd and Myrtle Ewing Todd.
Dickie loved the outdoors, especially coon hunting, and trout fishing. He enjoyed farming, deer hunting and bear hunting also.
He was a coal miner, a cattleman and a jack of all trades; a member of the Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church for more than 25 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a baby daughter, Rebekah Todd; father-in-law, Otis Vest; brothers and sisters, "Buck" E.R. Tyree, Helen Dunn, Mary Ellen Crase, Ronnie Tyree, Martha Arthur, and Dillard Todd "Jr". He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 47 years, Sue Todd; a daughter, Sara Coccoli and husband, Bruce of Choteau, Montana; sons, Stephen Todd and companion, Shelia Ayers of Piney View and Shad Todd and wife, Stephanie of Stanaford; seven grandchildren, Zach, Nicholas, Luke, Natalie, Meranda, Madison, and Grace; four great-grandchildren, Kaedence, Braylee, Taylan, and Waylon; mother-in-law, Pauline Vest; xtended family and a host of friends.
Friends may gather with the family from 6:00PM until 9:00PM Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the church.
Services will be 1:00PM Monday, October 10, 2011 at the Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church, Stanaford with Pastor George Wood officiating. Following the services Dickie will be laid to rest at Lilly Crews Cemetery, Nimitz. Sons and grandsons will be serving as pallbearers.
