McKee, Dixie, age 81, passed away on Nov. 11 in Lakewood. Predeceased by her husband Robert in 2001, she is survived by her children Shawn & Cynthia McKee of Lakewood; Marla & Max Souder of Oceanside; Patti Davis & Dana Thompson of Lakewood; 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brother Steve & Gloria Dotson of the bay area. Retired as the principle's secretary at Will Rogers Jr. High; longtime member of Orthodox Presbyterian, Christian Reformed, NLB Brethren and Seacoast Grace Churches. Visitation will be held at All Souls Mortuary, 4400 Cherry Ave, Monday, from 4 – 8 PM with Services at Bethany Church 2250 Clark Ave. Long Beach, CA, Tuesday at 3 PM. Family suggests donations to Bethany Church or the Reagan Alzheimer's Research Institute, alz.org. You may sign a guest book for the family, leave a remembrance of Dixie or post a photograph to her memorial website through the obituary at allsoulsmortuary.com.
