Dolores M. Hornick, 84, passed away Friday, November 5, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN. She was a member of Risen Savior Lutheran Church. Surviving are her husband, Nelson A. Hornick of Fort Wayne; sons, David A. Hornick of Oakville, Ontario and Daniel A. Hornick of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Adynne Hornick; brother, Clarence Lange of Fort Wayne. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents Herman & Emilie Lange and brother, Wilbur Lange. Service is 10 am Monday at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, 8010 W Jefferson Blvd with calling one hour prior to service, Rev. Martin Gehring officiating. Calling also 2 to 5 and 7 to 9pm at D.O.
