DONALD DENNIS STEPHENS, age 69, Elmarch Avenue, Cynthiana, died Thursday, April 8, 2010. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, June 22, 1940, to Donald Davis and Catherine Smiser Stephens, he was a retired operating room technician and a member of the Cynthiana Christian Church. Mr. Stephens was a past member of the rotary, a former part owner of the Colonial Funeral Home in Cynthiana, and served in the United States Navy for four years. He is survived by two sons, Mark (Megan) Clay Stephens and Scott Allen Stephens, both of Lexington and two grandchildren, Lilly Stephens and Kensley Stephens. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army or the Cynthiana Christian Church.
